摘要
为了合理确定海洋平台压力容器安全阀的尺寸,采用图解法、HYSYS动态模拟和静态模拟方法对埕岛中心三号平台三相分离器的安全阀在火灾工况下的最大泄放量、气体相对分子量、绝热指数和泄放温度、安全阀泄放面积等关键参数进行模拟计算,对结果进行对比分析,探讨最大泄放理的计算方法。
In order to determine the size of relief valve of the pressure vessel in Chengdao 3 center platform, the graphical method, HYSYS dynamic simulation method and static simulation method were used to calculate the maximal discharge, the molecular weight of the gas, the adiabatic index, the discharge temperature, relief area and other key parameters of the three-phase separator relief valve in fire conditions. The results were compared to discuss about the rational calculation method for maximal discharge of the relief valve.
