浆母细胞淋巴瘤的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 浆母细胞淋巴瘤（PBL）是淋巴瘤中较少见的～类弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）亚型，具有高侵袭性，肿瘤细胞表现出类似B免疫母细胞的大细胞弥漫性增殖和浆细胞相关抗原表达[1]。1997年Delecluse等心0描述了16例原发口腔的伴有特殊免疫表型的DLBCL，其中15例人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）阳性，首次提出PBL诊断。近10余年来，由于该疾病少见，对其认识大多数都来自于临床病例报道。本文笔者从PBL病因学、组织学、免疫学和分子遗传学等方面对该病进行综述。
