临床评分在急性肺血栓栓塞症严重程度评估及预后判断中的价值 被引量：5

摘要 肺血栓栓塞症（PTE）与深静脉血栓形成（DVT）合称为静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）。由于其高发病率与高病死率，引起国际医学界和社会的广泛关注[1]。PTE在我国曾被认为是少见病，对其识别与诊断长期未予以重视，临床误诊、漏诊率高，不规范的治疗行为常见。近年来，随着国内医学界对PTE认识逐渐深人，部分医院的统计资料显示PTE住院病例数、疾病构成比有显著增加的趋势[2]。
