摘要
periostin是在鼠成骨细胞株中发现的一种促成骨细胞形成黏附蛋白[1],对维持骨及牙齿组织,以及心肌发育、损伤后修复有调节作用.近来研究结果提示periostin与肿瘤也有密切关系,特别是在肿瘤微环境形成及肿瘤侵袭转移中扮演了重要的角色.本文就periostin在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述.
