Wolffian附件肿瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，56岁。绝经2年，阴道流血3个月余，于2012年8月20日收入院。B超提示子宫肌瘤，双附件区占位。妇科检查：子宫大小7cm×5cm×4cm，双附件区触及直径6-7cm包块。
