拔牙位点保存在种植修复中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 牙齿缺失后的固定义齿修复、可摘局部义齿修复和种植修复都需要有良好的牙槽嵴和软组织形态,才能获得长期的功能和美学修复效果。微创拔牙技术、牙槽嵴和位点保存对于牙齿修复的美学和功能相当重要。最理想的种植修复必须具备适当的骨高度、骨宽度、骨量和骨密度。传统方法在骨高度和宽度不足时需要植骨,然而这不仅需要再次外科手术,还将延长修复时间,增加患者精神痛苦和经济负担。相对而言,如果在拔牙后同期进行牙槽嵴和位点保存将避免二次植骨手术,也将获得更佳的效果。牙槽嵴和拔牙位点保存是指拔牙后牙槽窝和牙槽嵴的软硬组织量的保存,凡是能够达到阻断和减轻牙槽嵴吸收以及牙龈退缩的方法都可以视为拔牙位点的保存方法,包括拔牙创内生物材料移植、即刻种植、过渡义齿提供对牙龈的机械支持和塑形。现就牙槽嵴和拔牙位点保存在种植修复中的研究进展综述。
