覆膜支架治疗颅外段颈动脉创伤性假性动脉瘤

Treatment of extracranial traumatic carotid artery pseudoaneurysms using covered stent

目的总结应用覆膜支架治疗创伤性颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤的临床经验,包括适应证、安全性、有效性和手术技巧。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2011年12月应用覆膜支架治疗的17例颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤患者的临床资料,包括年龄、部位、大小、临床症状和预后等。结果所有患者均成功置入覆膜支架,术后造影显示动脉瘤闭塞,供血动脉通畅。随访患者均无缺血。结论覆膜支架是治疗颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤安全有效的治疗手段,可作为颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤的的一线治疗方法。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of covered stent in the treatment of traumatic extracranial carotid artery pseudoaneurysms,including the indications,safety,efficacy,and surgical skills.Methods Clinical data of 17 traumatic extracranial carotid artery pseudoaneurysm patients treated with covered stent from Mar.2005 to Dec.2011 were retrospectively analyzed,including age,location,size,clinical symptoms and prognosis.Results The covered stents were successfully implanted in all patients.Postoperative angiography showed pseudoaneurysm occlusion and unobstructed feeding artery.Ischemia was not observed in all patients during the follow-up.Conclusion Covered stent is safe and effective to treat traumatic extracranial carotid artery pseudoaneurysm,which can be used as an optional treatment method.
