不同紫外光源对光斑贴试验的光变应原检出率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究不同紫外光源对光斑贴试验的光变应原检出率是否存在差异。方法:对35例有光敏反应疑为光变应性接触性皮炎且符合入选标准的患者,应用国际标准光斑贴系列SP-1000变应原进行光斑贴试验,采取自身对照方法在试验中分别采用UVA+UVB和单纯UVA作为照射光源进行检测,比较其检测结果的差异。结果:接受光斑贴试验的35例患者中采用UVA+UVB照射检出阳性光变应原19项次(2.71%);采用单纯UVA照射检出阳性光变应原11项次(1.57%);UVA+UVB组变应原阳性检出率高于单纯UVA组,差异有统计学意义(2=6.13,P<0.05)。结论:光斑贴试验采用UVA+UVB作为检测光源优于单纯UVA,可减少漏诊。 Objective:To investigate the difference of photo allergen positive rate between dif- ferent ultraviolet light source using for photopatch test. Methods:Thirty-five patients suspected as photoallergic contact dermatitis were performed photopatch test with the SP-1000 standard series of allergens by self-control method. Both UVA + UVB and UVA were respectively used as the irradia- tion light source in photopatch test, the difference in positive rate of photo allergen between two groups was compared. Results:There were 19 positive reaction items (2.71%) in UVA + UVB group, and 11 positive reaction items (1.57%) in UVA group. The positive reactions items in UVA + UVB group was higher than that in UVA group (χ^2= 6. 13, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: UVA + UVB used as the irradiation light source in the photopatch test can improve the positive rate of photo allergen and reduce misdiagnosis.
