摘要
本文在如何建立和完善中港集团技术创新机制中运用西方企业新模式——虚拟生产的构想提出了初步想法。对中港集团科技体制改革 ,下属科技企业的技术创新和市场运作 ,有参考作用和指导作用。
The author has proposed his own preliminary ideas on how a new pattern of technical innovation exercised by western enterprises——Virtual Manufacturing——is used in setting up and perfecting the technical innovation mechanism in CHEC(Group). The concept proposed by the author may present good guidelines and references for CHEC's reform of its scientific and technical system as well as the technical innovation and market operation by CHEC's subordinate scientific and technical enterprises.
