舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂对慢性荨麻疹患者外周血TH1/TH2细胞表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂对慢性荨麻疹(chronic urticaria,CU)患者外周血Th1/Th2的细胞因子(IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4)的协调作用。方法:选择确诊为CU的患者75例作为观察对象,进行舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗半年,在治疗前后分别取血清测定IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4的表达量,并与对照组75例进行比较。结果:治疗前,CU患者的IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4的表达量均高于正常对照组(P值均<0.05)。治疗后IL-2、IFN-γ表达分别增加了26.18%、29.81%,IL-4表达降低了24.5%,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗CU,可调节IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4的表达水平,说明舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂可调节Th1/Th2细胞表达的细胞因子功能,进而缓解CU患者的临床症状。
