教务管理辅助系统的设计与开发

The Design and Implementation of the URP-Assistance System

从包头师范学院的实际出发,提出并开发了教务管理辅助系统,弥补了综合教务管理系统(URP)的不足之处,减轻了教务管理工作人员的工作负担从而提高了我校教务管理工作的效率。本文当中首先提出目前在综合教务管理系统下的教务工作存在的问题及开发教务管理辅助系统的必要性,其次分析了开发本系统的可行性和开发框架结构,最后总结了本系统对教务工作带来的实际意义。

This paper based on the reality of Baotou Teachers＇ College and proposed a new subsystem of the URP（University Resource Plan）.The URP-Assistance System meets a variety of needs from the administration staff of the college,dramatically reduced the working time and almost totally released the staff from day-by-day manual work.This paper includes the background,the motivations,system architecture,the implementation and the comparison of the working efficiency.At the last of the paper,the author put some future work of the system,so that,in the near future,the new version of the system is coming.
