摘要
武术蕴含了深刻的传统文化思维的特点,传承和体验中华武术文化也是对中华文化的源与流的追溯。本文从武术的精神和武术的技法来阐释武术与民族精神品质和哲学思维思想的文化因素。
Martial art contains profound features of the traditional culture thoughts,inherits and experiences the Chinese martial arts and is also the trace of Chinese culture.This paper from the spirit of martial arts and martial arts techniques to interpret the martial arts and the national spirit quality and philosophy thinking thoughts of cultural factors.
