摘要
当代大学生的心理健康不容忽视,因为心理原因遭遇情感挫折的大学生比比皆是。太极拳对人的心理健康有独特的疗效和预防作用,因此,运用太极拳来缓解大学生的心理压力、平衡他们的情感生活、提高他们的心理健康水平等具有积极的效果。太极拳虽然是武术,但它武中有文、柔里带刚、内涵丰富、德艺双馨,不失为对当代大学生进行传统文化、武德思想与心理健康教育的良好方法。
The contemporary college students' mental health can not be ignored,because the psychological causes of the students suffered emotional setbacks abound.Tai Chi for people's mental health has a unique effect and preventive effect,therefore,the use of tai chi to ease their mental stress,balance their emotional life,raise their level of mental health has a positive effect.Although tai chi martial art,but it has Wu Wen,soft inner tube Gang,rich in content,smashing,after all,the traditional culture of contemporary college students,Takenori thoughts and good mental health education methods.
