工科院校女大学生健美操课程学习倦怠因素及对策研究——以内蒙古工业大学为例 被引量:2

The Study on the Factors and Countermeasures of Learning Burnout of Aerobics Course of the Female Undergraduates of the Engineering College——Taking Inner Mongolia University of Technology as an Example

摘要 健美操是融体操、舞蹈、音乐于一体,通过徒手或使用器械完成的的身体练习,从而达到健身、健美和健心目的的一项体育运动。全民健身运动的开展,使健美操逐渐进入各级各类学校的体育教学大纲,其特有的健身、健美、健心、娱乐、时尚等功能深受大学生,特别是女大学生的欢迎,为此健美操课程成为内蒙古工业大学体育部的精品课程。但是近一段时间以来,内蒙古工业大学女大学生对健美操课程的那份热情减少了,甚至出现了学习倦怠现象。运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,从内蒙古工业大学的实际出发,对女大学生健美操课程学习倦怠的影响因素进行调查与分析,研究结果显示:女大学生健美操课程学习倦怠的因素包括学校因素和学生自身因素。学校因素依次为:教学内容枯燥无味、教师课堂组织气氛不活跃、体育场馆设施落后、体育器材配备不足;学生自身因素依次为:选修课可以应付、学生基础条件差、性格因素、心理因素、其他因素。针对女大学生健美操课程学习倦怠的原因,特提出如下建议:树立"以人为本"的教育理念。提高学生对健美操课程的认识,减轻学生心理压力。丰富教学内容,突出学生的主体地位。加强教师自身修养,发挥主导作用。完善健美操教学环境,保持动态平衡。 Which Blend in gymnastics,dance and music in one,by hand or using the instrument to complete the physical exercises,so as to achieve fitness,bodybuilding and heart health to is a sport.With the development of the nationwide fitness campaign,make aerobics into various schools PE teaching programs and the aerobics course become a key course of physical education department of Inner Mongolia University of Technology courses.the university students,especially female undergraduate like aerobics because of its unique fitness,heart healthy,entertainment,fashion and other functions.But since a period of time,The phenomenon that the Inner Mongolia University of Technology of female undergraduates' passion of learning aerobics is reduced,even learning burnout is appear.The study use the method of literature review,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics and other research methods.To survey and analysis the factors on the learning burnout of Aerobics course of female undergraduates from the actual conditions of the Inner Mongolia University of Technology.The results showed: the factors on the learning burnout of aerobics course of female undergraduates include school factors and their own factors.The.School factors are: the Content of courses are boring;the atmosphere of the teachers' classroom organization is not active,the inadequate and backward of the sports facilities and sports equipment;students' own factors are: elective courses,students can not cope with the difference of condition of themselves,personality factors,psychological factors,other factors.The study aimed at the reasons of learning burnout in aerobics course of female undergraduates students.Put the following suggestions: 1,to establish "people-oriented" philosophy of education.2,to raise students' aerobics curriculum awareness,reduce the students' psychological pressure.3,enrich teaching contents,to highlight the dominant position of students.4,strengthening teachers' training,play a leading role.5,improve the aerobics teaching environment,to maintain dynamic balance.
