摘要
本文从建筑屋面防水材料、设计、施工、管理等方面分析了产生建筑屋面渗漏的原因,认为必须遵循以材料为基础、设计为前提、施工为关键、规范为依据、管理和维护为保证的原则,采取综合性的防治措施,这一问题才能得到根本性解决。
Reasons of building roof leakage are analyzed from building roofing water proofer,design,construction,management in the paper.Must follow the principle that roof water proofer is basic,design is premise,construction is key,specification is construction guidelines,management and maintenance are guaranteed principle,and take a measures of integrating prevention and control,problem of roof leakage can be completely solved.
