Clip评分系统在肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞术后急性肝损伤中的应用探讨

Application of Clip scoring system in acute liver injury after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

对确诊的144例原发性肝癌患者经导管动脉化疗栓塞术后发生急性肝损伤临床资料进行分析。探讨Clip评分系统在肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞术后急性肝损伤中的作用以及Clip评分因兼顾肿瘤与肝功两因素,在预测TACE后是否发生急性肝损伤具独特优势。

Clinical data of the acute liver injury for 144 hepatocellular carcinoma patients with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） were analyzed. The influence of Clip scoring system in the acute liver injury of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with transcatheter arterial chemoemholization was investigated. And both two factors of tumor and liver function for Clip scoring system had unique advantage in the prediction of acute liver injury with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.
