摘要
滚装船总纵强度的特点主要是中拱问题,中剖面的最大中拱弯矩值可能比同样主尺度常规船型要高出40%或更多,所以仅靠现有的规范是不够的,有必要对全船进行结构有限元计算。本文通过对4590PCS汽车船结构特点的分析,利用有限元对全船结构强度进行三种载荷工况的计算分析,对了解、掌握该型船的结构受力特点、优化其结构设计以及对该型船日后的建造、营运、维护均有一定的参考价值。
The maximum hogging moment value of car-carrier may be 40% or more higher than that of regular ships with same main particulars, so it is necessary to carry out FEM analysis for its hull strength structure. This paper introduces the features of structural design and the hull structure strength analysis for 4590 PCS car-carrier. The results will enable designers to grasp the features of the response of hull structure under external loads and to optimize the hull structure design, and also be greatly helpful to construction, operation and maintenance of this kind of vessel in the future.
