计算机集成制造（ＣＩＭ）技术这一高新技术正在产品制造领域被逐步推广应用。应用该技术在造船领域中建立的系统──造船ＣＩＭＳ，是船舶制造企业的重要技术创新途径。本文以企业信息资源集成为切入点，论述了造船ＣＩＭＳ的开发研究及其对提高造船企业的综合竞争力的作用。

Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) technology is being applied in the field of products manufacturing step by step. Establishing the shipbuilding CIMS by the new technology is an important way of technology innovation for the shipbuilding enterprise. Regarding the integration of enterprise information resource as a breakthrough point, this article discusses the development and research of CIMS and its role to raise the comprehensive competition ability of the shipbuilding enterprise.
