二至明目汤治疗非渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性临床分析

Clinical analysis on effect of Erzhi Mingmu Decoction for nonexudative age-related macular degeneration

目的对唐由之研究员采用二至明目汤治疗非渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性（AMD）的患者进行临床分析及疗效评价。方法回顾性总结分析了2005年1月至2010年4月在唐由之研究员门诊就诊的非渗出性AMD的全部患者,按纳入和排除标准进行筛选、检查视力及眼底。结果符合条件的共30人41只眼,其中男性19人,女性11人,平均年龄67.29岁,平均病程19.10个月,随诊6~54个月。对同一患者6个时间点（初诊、治疗后1、3、6、12个月及末诊）的视力进行重复测量资料的方差分析,P=0.02〈0.05;与初诊相比,末诊眼底好转的5只眼,恶化的1只眼,其余的无变化。结论二至明目汤加减治疗非渗出性AMD,效果肯定。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of Erzhi Mingmu Decoction used by Dr. Tang Youzhi on the treatment of nonexudative age-related macular degeneration （AMD）. METHODS Patients from Jan. 2005 to April 2010 treated by Dr. Tang Youzhi with Chinese herbs for nonexudative age-related macular degeneration were reviewed and assessed. RESULTS Totally 30 patients with 41 eyes were measured up to the criteria, including 19 male and 11 female, the average age was 67.29 years, and the average course of disease was 19.10 months, the follow-up was at 6 months to 54 months from the first visit. Six times of best corrected visual acuity （BCVA） including first visit, 1 month after treatment （AT）, 3 months AT, 6 months AT, 12 months AT and last visit were assessed by repeated measuring data ANOBCVA, and the patientsj BCVA were changed obviously （P=0.02）. Ocular fundus measured at the last visit was improved in 5 eyes, worsened in one eye and with no change in all the other eyes compared with the measurement at the first visit. CONCLUSIONS Modified Erzhi Mingmu Decoction was effective on the treatment of nonexudative AMD.
