眼内血证辨治发微

Exploration of differentiation and treatment of intraocular blood syndromes

眼内血证是中医眼科的常见病,部分病证治疗棘手,因其病因复杂,必须依因辨证,依证选方用药才有可能奏效。笔者借鉴张景岳辨治血证的气火学说,结合现代眼科检查,审因论治本病,使治疗效果得到了明显提高,本文对眼内血证的诊治思路及3种具体眼内血证(外伤性前房出血、玻璃体积血、视网膜中央动脉阻塞)的辨治进行了梳理总结。

Intraocular blood syndrome is a commonly seen problem in TCM ophthalmology, l^ecause o2 its complicated pathogenesis, certain treatments are troublesome as the differentiation of the causes is also complex. The most possible effect obtained from the treatment must be based on syndrome differentiation. Using Zhang Jingyue＇s qi-huo theory from differentiation of treatment of blood syndrome for reference, combining modern ophthalmic examinations, the author based on the determination of the cause of the disease applying the theory into the treatment and obtained obvious improvement on the therapeutic effect. The diagnosis thinking and the determination of treatment of three intraocular blood syndromes, which are traumatic hyphema, vitreous hemorrhage and central retinal artery occlusion, have been sorted out and summarized in this article.
