年龄相关性黄斑变性与炎性相关因素研究进展及中医药治疗现状

Research progress and existing state of TCM treatment on age-related macular degeneration and correlation inflammatory factors

年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)属于难治性眼病,是目前老年人致盲的主要病因之一。炎性学说是本病可能的发病机制之一,而补体系统、C反应蛋白、白介素等可能作为重要因素参与了AMD的形成。肿瘤坏死因子可能是产生脉络膜新生血管膜(choroidal neovascularization,CNV)的重要因素。中医药治疗AMD从"治病求本,标本兼治"角度辨证论治,确有疗效。本文就此进行综述。

Age-related macular degeneration （AMD） belongs to the category of refractory eye disease, and it is one of the leading causes of blindness in the elderly. Inflammatory theory is one of the pathogenesis of the disease, while the complement system, C-reactive protein, and interleukin, etc. might as important factors involve in the formation of AMD. Tumor necrosis factor might be an important factor in the production of choroid angiogenesis membrane. From the perspect of searching for root course of disease and simultaneous treatment of the symptoms and root cause, traditional Chinese medicine had certain curative effect. This paper is an overview of TCM treatment of AMD.
