氯雷他定联合益生菌对慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of loratadine combined with probiotic for patients with urticaria

目的探讨氯雷他定联合益生菌(probiotics)对慢性荨麻疹(urticaria)患者血清IL-10、IFN-γ的影响及临床效果。方法将86例慢性荨麻疹患者按入院先后顺序编号,用序贯法偶数组为对照组,奇数组为观察组,每组43例,对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用益生菌治疗,并观察两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为90.70%,而对照组为79.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-10、IFN-γ水平均有改善(P<0.05),而观察组患者的血清IFN-γ水平的改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论氯雷他定联合益生菌治疗慢性荨麻疹可以有效改善患者的血清IL-10、IFN-γ水平,且疗效确切、安全、可靠。

Objective To discuss the impact and clinical effects of loratadine combined with probiotics for the serum IL-10,IFN- γ of the patients with urticaria. Methods 86 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in the control group were treated by the loratadine,and 43 cases in the observation group were treated by the probiotics on the basis of the control group,and then observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%,and the control group was 79.07%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment,the serum IL-10,IFN- γ levels were all improved（P 〈 0.05）,and the IFN-γ levels of the observation group was improved more than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Loratadine combined with probiotics in the treatment of chronic urticaria can effectively improve the patient＇s serum IL-10,IFN-gamma level,and the efficacy are effective,safe and reliable.
