摘要 目的探讨长期使用果糖注射液对糖尿病患者机体血糖和血压的影响,评估安全性。方法随机抽取84例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组各42例,对试验组患者给予5%果糖注射液500mL;对照组患者给予生理盐水500mL,同时对两组患者均进行生活方式干预及胰岛素泵强化治疗,分别于输液第1天、第2天的输液第0h、1.5h、3h及输液后1个月、3个月抽取静脉血测定生化指标和测量血压、心率。结果两组输液过程中及1个月后、3个月后各时点的血糖和血压、心率无统计学意义。结论对于需要进行静脉输液的糖尿病患者,应用果糖注射液对患者的血糖和胰岛素无明显影响,不升高患者血压,不影响心率,安全可靠,无显著不良影响,适合临床使用。 Objective To explore the influence of the body blood sugar and blood pressure by using fructose injection of long-term in patients with type 2 diabetes,and evaluate drug safety. Methods Selected 84 cases with type 2 diabetes as objects,and they were randomLy divided into experimental group given 5% fructose injection (500 mL) and control group given NS (500 mL) with 42 cases in each.The lifestyle intervention and intensively treated with insulin pump were observed and compared between the two groups.Biochemical indicators,blood pressure and heart rate were measured by fasting blood at 0 h,1.5 h,3 h of the first day and second day of infusion, andl month,3 months after infusion, Results There were no significant difference in every point of blood sugar,blood pressure and heart rate in the infusion process and 1 month,3 months after infusion between the two groups. Conclusion There was no significant influence of fructose injection application on blood glucose and insulin for the need for intravenous fluids of patients with type 2 diabetes.It can reduce blood pressure,not affect heart rate,and the effect is safe and reliable,there was no significant adverse effects,suitable for clinical use.
