摘要
目前代谢组学技术在疾病治疗中的研究与应用正处于探索阶段,随着现代分析技术的迅猛发展,代谢组学在各类疾病诊断与治疗中已取得突破性的进展。本研究在参考国内外大量相关文献的基础上,从代谢组学技术与帕金森病特点两个方面进行分析,提出将代谢组学技术引入帕金森病的研究中可为该疾病的早期诊断和合理治疗提供更科学有效的方案,有望全面系统地揭示帕金森病的科学内涵。
Current metabolomics technologies in the treatment of diseases research and application are in the exploratory stage,with the rapid development of modern analytical techniques,metabolomics in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases has made a breakthrough.In this study,a large number of relevant literature on domestic and international basis,from metabolomics technology and characteristics of two aspects of Parkinson's disease analysis,the metabolomics technology into the study of Parkinson's disease for that early diagnosis and reasonable to provide more scientific and effective treatment programs,is expected to reveal a comprehensive and systematic scientific connotation of Parkinson's disease.
