无为县城乡高三学生健康状况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of health status of grade three high school students in urban and rural wuwei county

目的了解无为县城乡高三学生生长发育营养状况及城乡差异。方法对2012年无为县体检的1240名高三学生的身高、体重、营养状况及视力资料进行统计分析。结果县城学生身高、体重均高于农村学生,差异均有统计学意义;县城中学生的营养不良率低于农村,而肥胖率高于农村中学生,差异均有统计学意义。乡村学生的视力低下率低,视力状况明显好于县城学生。结论无为县高三学生生长发育城乡差距仍然显著,县城学生营养过剩和农村学生营养不良及视力低下的问题,应得到学校、家长及学生的足够重视。

Objective To understand the nutritional status of grade three high school students in urban and rural Wuwei county and the urban-rural differences. Methods The height,weight,nutritional status and vision data of 1240 grade three high school students in Wuwei county in 2012 were analyzed statistically. Results Urban high school students had higher height and weight than rural students,with statistically significant differences;The urban high school students had lower malnutrition rate and higher obesity rate than the rural high school students.The low vision rate of rural students was low and their vision status was significantly better than urban students＇ vision status. Conclusion There still exist significant differences between urban and rural grade three high school students in Wuwei county.Schools,parents and students should pay enough attention to urban students＇ overnutrition problem and rural students＇ malnutrition and low vision problems.
