康妇炎胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Kangfuyan capsule combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨康妇炎胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法回顾性分析病例资料,选择2010年1月～2011年7月在我院门诊接受治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者88例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和治疗组。观察两组有效率及不良反应。结果观察组总有效例数41例,有效率达95.65%,对照组有效例数29例,总有效率69.05%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇炎胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎有显著疗效,该方法安全、实用、易于推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. 88 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease selected in out-patients of our hospital from January 2010 to July 2011 were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group. The effective rate and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The total effective number of the observation group was 41 cases, the total effective rate was 95.65%; while the total effective number of the control group was 29 cases, the total effective rate was 69.05%. The difference was significant between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease have a significant effect, and it is safe, practical, easy to popularize.
