中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎胸水疗效观察

Observation on the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy pleural effusion with combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine

目的探讨结核性胸膜炎胸水的中西药结合快速疗法。方法选取2010年1月～2013年1月新寺医院中医内科门诊治疗的结核性胸膜炎胸水患者56例,分为两组,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组用常规四联疗法。结果治疗组总有效率为96.4%,对照组为75.0%,2组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合对结核性胸膜炎胸水有良效,值得临床重视。

Objective To investigate the tuberculous pleural effusion of Chinese and Western medicine combined with rapid therapy. Methods A total of 106 tuberculous pleurisy pleural effusion patients in 2010 January to 2012 December the new Temple hospital department of internal medicine outpatient treatment of patients,were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,the control group with conventional quadruple therapy. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.3%,77.3% in the control group,the 2 groups,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good effect on tuberculous pleurisy pleural effusion,is worthy of attention.
