耳内镜下鼓膜置管联合腺样体切除术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎

Tympanostomy tube under ear endoscope combined with adenoidectomy treating pediatric secretory otitis media

目的探讨儿童分泌性中耳炎采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管与腺样体切除术联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择40例分泌性中耳炎的儿童作研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法分组,就单纯耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗(对照组)与在置管基础上联合腺样体切除术治疗(观察组)相关资料进行对比。结果观察组中耳积液时间为(8.4±0.7)d,对照组为(10.2±1.5)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童分泌性中耳炎采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管与腺样体切除术联合治疗,可降低感染率及复发率,缩短病程,具有较高安全性和有效性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tympanostomy tube under ear endoscope combined with adenoidectomy treating pediatric secretory otitis media. Methods 40 children with secretory otitis media were selected as the research object and were randomly divided control group （given simply auripucture with otic endoscope treatment） and observation group （on the basis of catheter, given tympanostomy tube under ear endoscope combined adenoidectomy treatment）. The related information was compared between the two groups. Results The middle ear effusion time in observation group was （8.4 ± 0.7） d, which was shorter than that in control group （10.2 ± 1.5） d, the difference was statisticallysignificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tympanostomy tube under ear endoscope combined with adenoidectomy treating pediatric secretory otitis media, can reduce the rate of infection and recurrence rate, and shorten the course of disease, with higher safety and efficacy.
