血浆置换治疗阿维菌素中毒24例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察并分析血浆置换治疗24例阿维菌素中毒患者的效果、实验室检查与预后的关系。方法采集并分析2008年1月~2013年1月我院收治的24例急性阿维菌素中毒患者资料。结果 24例患者全部经血浆置换治疗,其中22例痊愈出院,1例遗留慢性肾功能不全,1例合并多器官衰竭死亡。结论阿维菌素中毒目前尚无特效的解毒剂,死亡率高,早期行血液净化治疗联合多种支持综合治疗是成功救治的关键。而血浆置换具有高效性、易操作性及可重复性等多种优点,可作为首要治疗方案联合其他方法治疗。 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of plasmapheresis in the treatment of 24 patients with avermectin poisoning and the correlation between laboratory findings and prognosis. Methods Data of 24 patients with acute avermectin poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results All the 24 patients received plasmapheresis treatment, of which 22 patients fully recovered and were discharged from hospital, 1 patient suffered from chronic renal insufficiency and 1 patient was complicated by multiple organ failure and died eventually. Conclusion Avermectin poisoning had no specific antidote currently and had a high mortality rate. Early blood purification therapy combined with a variety of supportive comprehensive treatment is the key to successful treatment. Plasmapheresis has many advantages, such as high efficiency, handleability and repeatability, which can be used as a primary therapy in combination with other methods of treatment.
