Achiues tendon xanthoma:one case report
摘要
笔者遇少见的跟腱黄色瘤1例．现报告如下。患者·男。3年前无明垃诱因出现双小腿肿块，约鸡蛋大小·伴双踝关节疼痛不适，干重活及走长路时疼痛明显，休息后疼痫缓解，与天气无关．现肿块逐渐增大，伴行走障碍，前米就诊。人院后查甘油三酯2．2lmmol／L，
