摘要 轻度创伤性脑损伤是临床常见脑外伤,由于受损部位主要分布在灰白质交界处和大脑深部中线结构,且脑损伤呈弥漫性,常规影像学检查常无阳性发现,往往低估了患者病情。本文就扩散张量成像应用于轻度创伤性脑损伤的研究进展进行综述。 Mild traumatic brain injury is a common clinical traumatic brain injury, because the damaged areas are mainly distributed at the junction and deep brain midline structures, the brain injury is diffuse, conventional imaging is often found no positive, and tends to underestimate the patients. This paper reviews the research progress of diffusion tensor imaging in mild traumatic brain injury.
