瓜蒌-薤白对慢性心肌缺血的保护作用 被引量:14

Protective effects of Trichosanthes kirilowii and Allium macrostemon on chronic myocardial ischemia

摘要 目的:通过建立异丙肾上腺素(ISO)慢性心肌缺血(chronic myocardial ischemia)大鼠模型,研究瓜蒌、薤白、瓜蒌-薤白对慢性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素制造大鼠心肌缺血模型,记录造模前、造模后、给药后的心电图,观察心电图ST段变化。给药两周后,大鼠断头取血,测血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平;对动物的心脏组织进行HE染色,电镜切片观察组织病理变化。结果:瓜蒌-薤白煎液18.75g/kg~37.5g/kg能够有效降低心肌缺血引起的心电图ST段抬高,降低血清中CK-MB含量,改善缺血模型造成的心肌纤维紊乱、细胞空泡、细胞器肿胀。结论:瓜蒌-薤白对慢性心肌缺血有保护作用,瓜蒌-薤白各部分指标改善均优于瓜蒌、薤白单用。 Through the establishment of isoproterenol (ISO) ischemic chronic myocardial isehemia rat model to investigate the effects of Trichosanthes Kifilowii Maxim (TK)and Allium maerostemon Bge (AM) on chronic myocardial ischemia. Methods: Manufacture the models of chronic myocardial ischemia by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenel, and recorded the EGG of before modeling, after modeling, after administration , observe changes of electrocardiogram ST segment. After two weeks, breakage of rat blood sampling, measuring levels of lac- tate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK)and ereatine kinase-MB(CK-MB). HE staining of the heart tissue of rats. Observe myocar- dial histopathological changes by electron microscopy. Result: TKAM can effectively reduce ST segment elevation, lower levels of CK-MB, improve the myocardial fibers disorder,vacuolar, organelle swelling which caused by ischemia. Conclusion: TKAM has protective effect on chronic myocardial ischemia. And TKAM are better than TK or AM alone.
