二十五味珊瑚丸对偏头痛大鼠血浆NO和NOS的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察二十五味珊瑚丸对小鼠外周和中枢疼痛及偏头痛大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为8组,连续用药10天后,采用扭体法和热板法检测对小鼠外周和中枢疼痛的影响;大鼠随机分为9组,连续用药10天后,利用硝酸甘油复制偏头痛大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠的行为变化,并采用硝酸还原酶法检测对大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的影响。结果:二十五味珊瑚丸中剂量组(116.77mg/kg)和高剂量组(233.54mg/kg)对小鼠外周疼痛具有镇痛作用,二十五味珊瑚丸中剂量组(116.22mg/kg)和高剂量组(232.44mg/kg)对小鼠中枢疼痛也具有镇痛作用,二十五味珊瑚丸中剂量组(81.22mg/kg)和高剂量组(162.44mg/kg)能够降低偏头痛大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的含量;二十五味珊瑚丸、正天丸和盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊对小鼠外周和中枢疼痛及偏头痛大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的影响的比较没有统计学意义。结论:二十五味珊瑚丸可能通过改善中枢和外周疼痛,降低血浆中NO和NOS的含量而发挥治疗偏头痛的作用。 To observe the effect of Ershiwuwei Shanhuwan on peripheral and central pain of mice and the effect of Ershiwuwei Shanhu- wan on NO and NOS in plasma of rats with migraine. Methods: The kunming mouse was randondy divided into eight groups. After ten con- tinuous days'intervention, effects of various interventions on peripheral and central pain of mice were observed by writhing test and hot-plate test. The SD rat was randomly divided into nine groups. After ten continuous days lintervention, the experimental migraine model was induced by injecting nitroglycerin injection. Effects of various interventions on NO and NOS in plasma of rats with migraine were observed by nitrate reductase method. Results: The analgesic action of Ershiwuwei Shanhuwan to peripheral and central pain of mice is obvious. The Ershiwuwei Shanhuwan could reduce the content of NO and NOS in plasma of rats with migraine. The effect of Ershiwuwei Shanhuwan, Zhengtianwan and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule on peripheral and central pain of mice and the effect of Ershiwuwei Shanhuwan, Zhengtianwan and Fluna- rizine Hydrochloride Capsule on NO and NOS in plasma of rats with migraine have no statistical significance( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Ershi- wuwei Shanhuwanlfunction in the treatment of migraine may be connected with improving peripheral and central pain, and reducing the con- tent of NO and NOS in plasma.
