药用甜味剂罗汉果甜苷一般药理学研究 被引量:5

General preclinical pharmacological study of mogroside the medicinal sweetener accessory

摘要 目的:观察药用甜味剂罗汉果甜苷临床前一般药理学,为其在药物制剂中应用的安全性提供实验依据。方法:按照新药申报指南的要求,观察小鼠自发活动和爬竿能力以研究罗汉果甜苷(0.075~0.3g/kg)对神经系统的影响;通过测定心率、心电图以观察罗汉果甜苷(0.0625~0.25g/kg)对大鼠心血管系统的影响。结果:在第1、2、3天的药前和药后1、2、3、4h,与空白组同一时间点比较,罗汉果甜苷各剂量(0.075~0.3g/kg)对小鼠自发活动次数和小鼠爬竿能力均无显著影响;实验期间,各组大鼠血压稳定,无明显波动;心电图无异常;与空白组比较,罗汉果甜苷各剂量(0.0625~0.25g/kg)对心率无明显差异。结论:本实验条件下,罗汉果甜苷对小鼠神经系统和大鼠心血管系统无明显影响。 Objective:To conduct the general preclinical pharmacological study of mogroside,a medicinal sweetener accessory,so as to offer experimental basis regarding safe application of the compound in pharmaceutic preparation.Methods: The impact of mogroside(0.075 ~ 0.3g/kg) on mice's nervous system was studied by observing spontaneous activity and ability to climb up a pole of mice according to the application guideline for new medicine;and heart rate was measured and electrocardiogram was used to observe the effect of mogroside(0.0625 ~ 0.25g/kg) on cardiovascular system.Results: Mogroside(0.075 ~ 0.3g/kg) of varied doses exhibited no significant impact on spontaneous activity and ability to climb up a pole of mice(P 0.05) before and 1,2,3 and 4 hours after administration on day 1,2 and 3,compared to the same time points of the blank control group;during the experiment,rats in all groups showed stable blood pressure and normal electrocardiogram results;no obvious differences in heart rate were found between groups of all mogroside(0.0625 ~ 0.25g/kg) doses compared to the blank control group(p 0.05).Conclusion: Under the condition of this experiment,mogroside poses no influences on nervous system in mice and cardiovascular system in rats.
