苍鹅鼻炎滴鼻剂抗炎、镇痛、抗菌作用

Experimental study of anti-inflammatory,pain relieving and antibacterial effects of Cang'e Rhinitis Drop

目的:考察苍鹅鼻炎滴鼻剂的抗炎、镇痛以及体外抗菌作用。方法:采用巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验观察抗炎作用;通过测定小鼠热板痛阈值观察镇痛作用;用微量稀释法考察制剂的抗菌作用。结果:苍鹅鼻炎滴鼻剂(0.931g/kg、0.652g/kg)能减轻小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足肿胀反应,该制剂(0.931g/kg)可抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高;本品(0.931 g/kg、0.466g/kg)均能提高小鼠热板刺激痛阈值;苍鹅鼻炎滴鼻剂(0.009 g/ml)对金黄色葡萄球菌等致病菌有抗菌作用。结论:本实验研究证实,苍鹅鼻炎滴鼻剂具明显抗炎作用,镇痛效果显著,具备抗菌活性。

Objective：To explore the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and in vitro antibacterial effects of Cang＇e Rhinitis Drop.Methods： To select croton to induce ear swelling in small mice,carrageenin to induce foot swelling in large mice and acetic acid to induce permeability of intraperitoneal capillaries in small mice.This experiment was conducted to observe the ant-inflammatory effects.Meanwhile,the analgesic and antibacterial effects were also observed by testing the level of hot plate pain of small mice and dilution respectively.Results： Cang＇e Rhinitis Drop eased the ear swelling of small mice and feet swelling of large mice（dosage： 0.931g/kg、0.652g/kg）.It inhibited the increase of permeability of intraperitioneal capillaries of small mice（dosage： 0.931g/kg）,improved the level of hot plate pain of small mice（dosage： 0.931 g/kg、0.466g/kg）,and had antibacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus（dosage： 0.009 g/ml） as well.Conclusion： The experimental research proved that Cang＇e Rhinitis Drop has remarkable antibacterial and analgesic effects.It is active in antibacterial process.
