摘要
目的探讨动态的观测急性氯气中毒引起的脑血管疾病及肺部影像学改变及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析因氯气泄露而引起的19例急性氯气中毒患者影像资料。结果 2例CT或MRI颅脑及肺部正常表现;8例仅引起肺部的不同程度的损伤;11例脑血管及肺部均出现不同程度的颅脑、肺损伤。结论动态影像技术可明确显示急性氯气中毒对颅脑、肺部损伤及其程度。
Objective To explore the chlorine poisoning caused by acute lung CT changes and diagnostic value. Methods Retrospective analysis of chlorine gas leak caused by the six cases of acute poisoning with chlorine CT information. Results Two cases of normal CT; four cases of patients with diffierent degrees of lung injury, CT performance for bilateral pulmonary display for dilute clouds and ground-glass like high-density video. Conclusion Chest HRCT be a clear indication of acute lung injury and poisoning chlorine level.
