艾滋病合并播散性隐球菌病的胸腹部CT表现 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨艾滋病(Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)合并播散性隐球菌病的胸腹部CT表现。方法回顾性分析28例艾滋病合并播散性隐球菌病的胸腹部CT表现。结果 28例艾滋病合并播散性隐球菌病胸部CT示肺内结节27例(96.43%,27/28),其中19例(67.86%,19/28)结节内可见空洞;肺内磨玻璃样改变14例(50%,14/28);肺内片状实变2例(7.14%,2/28);纵隔肺门淋巴结肿大11例(40.74%,11/28);胸腔积液6例(21.43%,6/28);心包积液4例(14.29%,4/28)。11例行腹部CT检查,肝脾肿大8例(72.73%,8/11);肝脾实质病变共2例(18.18%,2/11),其中肝内肿块1例(9.09%,1/11),肝内多发低密度粟粒结节1例(9.09%,1/11),脾内低密度结节1例(9.09%,1/11);腹腔淋巴结肿大4例(36.36%,4/11),其中肠系膜淋巴结肿大3例(27.27%,3/11);肾上腺结节1例(9.09%,1/11);腹水1例(9.09%,1/11)。结论艾滋病合并播散性隐球菌胸部最常见CT表现是肺内结节,结节内空洞是特征性CT表现;腹部CT可表现为多脏器受累。 seen in 1(9.09%, 1/11) case. Conclusion Puhnonary nodules were the most common CT findings of the disseminated cryptococcosis in patients with AIDS. Cavitation in nodule was characteristic CT findings. Multiple organs can be involved in the abdomen.
