摘要
文章提出了轮机部接受PSC检查的重点,分析了在PSC检查中导致船舶滞留的原因,并在此基础上提出了应对PSC检查的方法,为船舶顺利通过PSC检查提供借鉴和参考。
This article puts forward the focus of Marine PSC inspection and analyzes the causes of detention as well.On this basis,it puts forward the countermeasures,which has great reference value for ships to pass the PSC inspection.
