摘要
文章在比较了JIT管理方式和传统管理方式的基础上,结合南通船舶制造业管理现状,综合分析了JIT管理方式在南通船舶制造业中的应用前景,并对南通船舶制造业实施JIT管理方式提出了相关建议,为南通船舶制造业管理水平的提升提供了参考。
On the basis of contrasting JIT management mode and the traditional mode,this article,in combination with the status quo of management in Nantong shipbuilding industry,analyzes the prospects of the application of JIT management in Nantong shipbuilding industry as well as puts forward corresponding proposals in this field,which has a great reference value for Nantong shipbuilding industry to promote its management level.
