摘要
"校企共同体"合作模式把学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和资源有机结合起来,是一种有利于培养适应社会发展的新型人才培养模式。文章以中新(南通)国际海事培训中心为例,探讨了"校企共同体"合作模式对于培养国际化技能人才的优势及启示,具有一定的指导意义。
As a brand-new talents training model,college-enterprise community cooperation model combines two kinds of educational environments and resources.Taking Singapore（Nantong） International Maritime Institute as an example,this article studies the advantages of this cooperation model in training internationalized talents.
