摘要
以香港公共交通引导城市发展(TOD)理念及其实践为考察对象,结合济南市城市交通发展面临的突出矛盾和问题,着重研究了香港的城市交通发展模式对解决济南市城市交通问题的借鉴和启示作用,强化公共交通引导城市发展理念,积极推进公交优先战略,加快开展交通需求管理研究,积极拓展交通投融资渠道,推进交通管理的智能化。
To take Hongkong transit-oriented development（TOD）concept and practice as the object of research, combined with the outstanding contradictions and problems of Jinan urban traffic development, it focuses on the Hongkong city transport development mode for reference and inspiration to solve traffic problems in Jinan city： strengthening TOD concept, actively boosting strategy of public transport priority, speeding up traffic demand management research, actively expandes the financing channels, and promoting the traffic intelligent traffic management.
