摘要
公民科学与公民数据概念的提出,正在革新科研项目。在交通科研规划项目中公交枢纽的合理选址与人力财力的合理分配,是迫切需要考虑的问题。为此定义了广义与狭义公民数据,并以此为基础,采用重心法分别用不同数据对焦作市部分小区进行公交场站选址优化,在选址结果进行对比后,初步证明了公民数据在场站规划中的可行性与节省调查经费的优势。最后进一步给出了两类公民数据在交通科研项目中的使用权重参数及其公式,量化了公民科学与公民数据在交通科研项目中应用的可行性与可靠性。对交通科学研究特别是公交场站的规划研究具有重要指导意义。
The proposition of citizen science and data is revolutionizing scientific research projects now. In the transportation planning projects, the logical selection of public transport hub and the reasonable distribution of human and financial resource are urgent problems that need to consider. Therefore this paper tries to define both broad and narrow senses of civil data. With the method of gravity, it optimizes the selections of some public transport stations in parts of districts in Jiaozuo based on different data. The comparative study of the selections preliminarily proves the feasibility in planning public stations and advantage in saving research funds of citizen data. By providing the weighting arguments and formula of using these two categories of citizen data, this paper further quantifies the feasibility and reliability of citizen science and data in transportation projects, which is sinificantly important to the scientific transportation researches, especially to the planning researches of public stations.
