摘要
在深入分析深圳市居住地停车现状、问题及产生根源的基础上,借鉴香港和台北居住地停车管理成功经验,从增加停车供应和加强停车需求管理两方面重点论证了新旧居住区停车问题解决对策。创新性的提出了停车社区化自治管理机制和"地面车位高于地下/地上车位,小区内高于小区外,路内高于路外"停车收费原则为前提的停车环境综合改善,逐步实现停车退出小区消防通道和公共空间,改善公共交通最后一公里出行环境,促进停车和环境的协调。
