摘要
一般而言,大部分城市的旧城区均呈现路窄车多,且地处商贸旺地的状况。由于历史原因,旧城区的配建停车场非常少。为在市民利益和交通畅通之间做出平衡,相关部门在部分道路上设置了路边停车位。但尽管如此,车位仍然非常不足,且对旧城区的交通状况更是雪上加霜。以中山市旧城区为例,探索适合旧城区发展的停车发展策略,分析旧城区的停车需求计算方法,研究旧城区公共停车场的规划布局方法,并给出相关建议。
In general, most of the city's old towns share the similar characteristics of having narrow roads and excessive vehicles, as well as being located in the center of commerce and trade. Due to historical reasons, old towns, at the same time, are equipped with a handful of parking lots. For making a balance between the interests of the public and the free flow of traffic, relevant departments set up roadside parking spaces on some of the roads. Nevertheless, it not only can not solve the problem of insufficient parking spaces, but also worsens the traffic conditions of old towns. This paper, which takes the old town of Zhongshan for example, aims at exploring the parking development strategy for the development of old towns, analyzing calculation methods of parking demand, researching on the approach to layout planning of public parking lot in old towns, and furthermore providing related recommendations.
