摘要
上海轨道交通快速发展,建设重心逐步向郊区转移,现有的轨道交通站点"最后一公里"出行模式缺乏整合,模式较为单一,管理混乱,导致出行难、黑车猖獗等问题。结合上海浦东、闵行"最后一公里"典型案例,按照"服务区域不同,出行特征不同,选择出行方式不同"的总体思路,对"最后一公里"概念、多种出行方式的适应性、对策措施和保障机制等进行研究,探讨轨道交通站点"最后一公里"的解决思路,提出具有可操作性的意见和政策建议。
With the rapid development of Shanghai rail transit, the construction focus gradually shift to the suburbs, Traffic problems and Illegal operation of vehicles become more and more prominent because of lacking of integration with multiple travel mode of "the last kilometer" for rail transit station. This paper represents a case to the experience about "the last kilometer" in Pudong and Minhang. By the overall thought of 'Different service areas, Different trip characteristics, Different travel mode selected accordingly", The research put out the concept of 'the last kilometer', adaptation to variety of travel model and security mechanism, The paper also tried to solve the problem about Shanghai rail transit station for "the last kilometer", puts forward some operable suggestions and policy recommendations.
