The Necessity of“Triple Play”for Integrated Rail Transit Construction in China

根据我国交通运输发展现状,提出了发展"三网合一"综合轨道交通的概念、功能及特点,并对"三网合一"综合轨道交通的利益群体和实施利弊进行了分析。"三网合一"综合轨道交通是落实科学发展观、顺应当代轨道交通发展趋势的新生事物,是我国轨道交通发展的客观要求,是提高我国综合交通运输效率和质量、实现我国轨道交通经济增长方式转变的需要,是利大于弊、互惠共赢的民生工程,其建设是十分必要和迫切的。

Based on present situation of China＇s transport development, this paper presents the concept, functions and features of the development of ＂triple play＂ for integrated rail transit, and analyses the benefit clusters and implementation of the advantages and disadvantages of ＂triple play＂ for integrated rail transit. It also points out that the ＂triple play＂ for integrated rail transit is the newborn things to carry out scientific development outlook and to adapt to contemporary rail transportation trends; the ＂triple play＂ is the objective requirements of the development of China＇s rail transportation, the needs of improving the efficiency and quality of integrated transportation and the changing the mode of economic growth of rail transit in China; the ＂triple play＂ is the livelihood projects that have the advantages outweighing the disadvantages, mutual benefit and winwin, benefiting the people, and its construction is very necessary and urgent.
