摘要
受北京市科委相关部门委托,中国科普研究所相关课题组对北京市基层科普队伍———包括科技场馆、社区和中小学及校外教育机构科普队伍理解科普状况进行了典型调查。调查表明,上述基层科普队伍中8成以上人员对科学的理解是理性的,他们对科普及其作用、自身科普能力和影响科普的社会因素等都有一定程度的关注和判断能力。调查同时也反映出,由于传统教育观念的长期影响,基层科普队伍人员在科学教育、传播与普及活动中,还未能完全摆脱重知识、轻能力以及重书本、轻实践的倾向。课题组结合相关研究提出了明确科普是基层单位(组织或机构)的重要职责的机制探索,以及充分发挥科普志愿者在基层科普队伍中的作用等具体建议。
Commissioned by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, China Research Institute for Science Popularization made a survey on the situation of basic popular science staffs unders/tanding science popularization in Beijing area. People working in science museums, community and off-campus educational institutions were involved in the survey. The results showed that more than 80 percent of the basic popular science staffs understanding of science is rational. They had a certain degree of attention and judgment on the role of scientific popularization, their capacity on scientific popularization and social factors of scientific popularization. We got some recommendations of the mechanism, the important duty of the basic units (organizations or agencies) and promoting the role of Popular Science volunteers in basic popular science staff.
