Analysis on Electric Power Supply Reliability of Xining Power Supply Company and Countermeasure

近年来西宁配电网建设虽然得到了快速发展,但配网网架坚强程度仍低于全国平均水平,外力破坏以及用户设备管理不到位等限制了用户供电可靠率指标的提升。针对以上问题,对供电可靠性的影响因素进行分析,结合西宁配电网的现状,提出从停电计划,指标分析,加强调度、运行、检修、用户管理等方面提高用户供电可靠率。

In recent years, the Xining city power distribution grid has got a quick development. In against with it, the grid＇ s backbone strength lower than the nationwide average level, the increasing external force caused damage to power facilities day by day and inadequate power consumer management limited the advance of power supply reliability quota. This paper analyses elements that effect the power supply reliability, proposes measures in coming years to ad- vance the power supply reliability rate from several aspects such as power cut plan, quota analysis, strengthening power dispatch management and operation management, improving overhaul management and consumer management and etc.
