摘要
135 MW机组中间储仓式一次风调平试验方法,简化了常规一次风调平方法,使一次风调平的理论计算更准确、更方便,最终达到合理组织炉内空气动力状况,避免因一次风煤粉气流直接冲刷水冷壁而造成磨损和结焦,保证锅炉安全稳定运行。
This paper introduces the leveling test method of the primary fan in the middle storage pulverizing system of 135MW power generating unit. The introduced method simplifies traditional leveling method, can get calculation result more accurately and more easily, bringing about a reasonable aerodynamic state in boiler and avoiding abrasion and coking because the air flow scours directly the water cooling wall, finally ensuring the safe operation of boiler.
