摘要
李家峡水电站坝顶门机液压自动抓梁经过技术改进,配套使用WZ—IV型门机综合检测仪,逐一消除了液压自动抓梁运行故障,顺利实现齿轮泵控制抓梁进退销,同步位移检测传感器动态显示抓梁就位、进、退销等全过程,画面显示直观,杜绝误操作,提高了液压自动抓梁可靠性和安全性。
With use of the integrated WZ-IV gantry crane detector, the auto hydraulic clawing beam of the dame crest gantry crane in the Lijiaxia hydropower station is improved, eliminating its failures, bringing about the lock of the pin and its release controlled by gear pump, and the synchronous displace detection sensors display dynamically the all procedures such as the clawing beam being into position, pin lock and release. Finally the above improvements ad- vance the reliability and security of the clawing beam. This paper introduces the improvements for the auto hydraulic clawing beam.
